Our Digital team works collaboratively to develop end-to-end digital solutions, ranging from technology selection to building and operating phases. Spanning both software and hardware deployments, we deliver and manage scalable, cloud-focused, automated solutions – focused on shared knowledge, continuous improvement and design thinking.
Data
Working in data at Mantel Group means there’s opportunities to align to a particular cloud platform or remain cloud agnostic. Cloud

Security
Working in our emerging and growing cyber security capability allows you to work closely with clients across our teams with a deep focus on Cyber Security, Governance Risk and Compliance. There’s new opportunities to lead governance, risk and compliance initiatives for clients in regulated industries and help our clients align their information security risk position with their risk appetite.
Your day to day
• Consult with clients to assess their technological requirements, crafting bespoke data analytics solutions tailored to each client's unique needs
• Support the team to develop client proposals and strategies for solution design activities for potential project opportunities
• Support clients to manage the end-to-end analytics product development lifecycle, encompassing requirement gathering, development, rigorous testing, and seamless project handover
• Work with clients on lead experimentation with cutting-edge technologies, including Generative Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Graph Analytics, to drive innovation and enhance analytical capabilities
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert guidance in identifying, prioritizing, and executing trials on pivotal emerging technologies, enabling informed decision-making in technology adoption.
What you’ll need to be successful
• Be a seasoned consultant with extensive consulting experience, ideally having worked with a top tier consultancy
• a strong background in working on data projects in commercial environments, and are able to manage projects with many moving parts
• solid experience in technical writing and can prepare clear documentation for a range of audiences
• the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at different levels of technical detail
• Have good knowledge of how data and analytics can enable a business to grow and gain competitive advantage
• Be a strategic thinker, able to take a step back from the detail and guide our clients on their data and analytics journey
• an adaptable approach and methods based on project and customer needs, are comfortable with ambiguity and can provide guidance on scope and direction
• strong time management skills with ability to prioritise workloads under pressure and meet deadlines
• Have a self-starting attitude, be hands on, and know how to find answers and work with ambiguity
• Apply a value driven and practical approach to your work
• Have genuine passion for and connection to the data science and analytics community
