Working as the People & Performance Consultant, you will be responsible for providing contemporary and pragmatic advice to our Contact Centre leaders regarding people related matters.
Reporting to the Group Manager People & Performance, you will educate and support leaders on best people practices. You will recommend innovative solutions in line with our values, vision and strategic plan and drive and achieve our People objectives to enhance the overall Employee Experience.
As part of the People & Performance team you will collaborate with the wider People & Culture team on impactful people initiatives.
