What you’ll do

The Supplier Management Specialist adds value to Woolworths Group through the maintenance, application and review of the Supplier Grow Program (SGP). The SGP is a supplier management framework consisting of a supplier segmentation approach, a value generation framework, voice of supplier survey capabilities and a third-party risk management operating model. This role will support the business with knowledge and guidance on how best to apply the capability on their respective arenas.

Develops, implements and reviews Supplier Management Framework processes to facilitate consistency and alignment to company risk strategies
Drives and delivers the implementation and ongoing monitoring of key processes and supporting documentation (including policies and standards) in the Supplier Management framework across our business areas.
Identifies linkages to other technology/platforms utilised to perform Supplier Management activities and determine appropriate alignment strategies – specifically related to Third- Party Risk and mitigation of said risk.
Drives value for the company through better compliance and stakeholder experience by ensuring the appropriate usage of the Supplier Management Framework processes, activities and compliance & governance metrics.
Identifies and generates required reports and KPI’s to facilitate review of: use and performance of, and compliance to the Supplier Management Framework.
Identifies, supports, and validates changes to the Supplier Management Framework training modules/materials.
Provides advisory support on the Framework and Policy as required.
Drives change management activities for any required changes to the Supplier Management Framework.

Develop and implement stakeholder management strategies aligned to project deliverables
Establish strong working relationships with internal project teams to provide advice
Facilitate a proactive approach to engaging with project stakeholders, including community representatives and groups
Support and upskill staff to conduct community consultation initiatives and campaigns
Support teams to deliver or assist with engagement activities by providing leadership, guidance and technical advice
Develop and deliver creative solutions to share information, engage with staff and meet the organisations strategic objectives
Develop and monitor budget for community engagement activities
Assist staff to write, edit and produce material for community engagement campaigns
Collate information and feedback for use of internal staff
Manage contractors and working groups to deliver community engagement activities
Take photographs and videos at community consultation events and activities as needed
Identify community/cultural needs and trends and report regularly to the Communications and Marketing Coordinator

What you'll need to succeed

Relevant or related tertiary qualification or extensive job-related experience Demonstrated, substantial experience with successful community engagement programs
Demonstrated understanding of best practice community engagement principles and methodology
Demonstrated experience with developing community engagement plans including a variety of innovative engagement methods to reach a diverse community
Demonstrated experience and excellent skills in writing for and using digital platforms including online community engagement platforms to effectively engage with the community
Proven experience of building effective relationships with a range of stakeholders including establishing, maintaining and facilitating effective reference or working groups
Current Class C driver licence
IAP2 certification - Desirable
