Previous leadership experience in managing a large and complex payroll environment, with the proven ability to lead and deliver large projects.
Demonstrated expertise in payroll systems (iChris and UKG highly regarded), processes and associated legislation in all Australian states.
Take initiative for ongoing staff development, identifying and continually developing talents.
Able to differentiate and prioritise between competing demands whilst considering the larger picture.
A commitment to contributing to a positive and supportive work culture.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
