As a Payroll Manager at Retinue, you will be leading and growing a team responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our diverse client base. • Oversee year-end payroll activities and reconciliations

Requirements

• Strong experience leading a payroll team in either a high volume, complex organisation or within a public practice.
• Experience in providing ongoing development and training to members of a payroll team.
• Xero payroll software experience is essential; experience using MYOB highly advantageous.
• In-depth knowledge of tax legislation to the extent it relates to payroll processing.
• Ability to manage multiple client priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
