Senior Payroll Officer

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Senior Payroll Officer to join our client’s dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of payroll, maintaining employee records, and adhering to the client’s health and safety policies.   Key Responsibilities but not limited to: Assist in reviewing and resolving Payroll Officers' queries. Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring all data entered into all internal systems is current, accurate, and retains high integrity. Handle manual pay adjustments, process various forms of leave, calculate and prepare terminations, and ensure accurate timekeeping and costing. Notify and manage overpayments and employment separation advices. Review and adjust HRIS reports and queries, focusing on accurate payroll data related to shifts, rates, leave, deductions, etc. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to verify and resolve payroll issues.
