This is where you come in, as SportsPick Operations Coordinator, you will assume a lead role in an exciting growth channel for Entain Venues. You will utilise your vast experience within warehouse operations and customer communications to support our venue partners in gaining maximum utilisation of their SportsPick sports bar marketing system.

This role is a fixed Tuesday to Saturday permanent full-time position, which entails Tuesday to Friday in the Keysborough warehouse and Saturday to be a hybrid work offering, allowing you to work from home.

Your day-to-day...

• Package and send SportsPick hardware to Entain Venues partners across the country.
• Maintain order inventory to ensure correct stock levels are on hand in our warehouse.
• Complete customer (venue) registration forms upon signing up to SportsPick.
• Responding promptly to customer (venue) email enquiries about SportsPick hardware.
• Complete sports scheduling into our SportsPick Guide venue offering.
• Receive and action inbound calls from venues on a Saturday, to assist in any troubleshooting with hardware or competition restrictions within venues.

What you’ll bring...

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team in Clayton, Melbourne. In this role, you'll be pivotal in supporting the operation of our state-of-the-art Drug Product (Fill Finish) GxP manufacturing systems. The global Square Risk team works to protect Square and Square sellers and enable safe growth across our ecosystem. Square's Australian Risk team seeks an experienced Fraud Operations Specialist to reduce transaction fraud within merchant commerce. You will perform a detailed analysis of high-risk purchases/transactions in real-time queues to identify unauthorised transactions across different types of payments. 
You will analyse risk patterns and communicate with merchants in cases where additional information is required. You will work with global and local Square teams, including Compliance and Customer Success. You are interested in fraud investigation and the financial payments industry and are curious about how world events impact risk. You will demonstrate a high degree of empathy for the businesses and people we serve and bring creativity and structured thinking towards our procedures while maintaining a positive seller experience. You will report to the APAC Risk Lead, based in Melbourne.

You will:

• Monitor real-time queues and review high-risk transactions 
• Use policies to determine if transactions are fraudulent or high-risk
• Manage customer escalations through multiple channels (Customer Relationship Management systems, Email and Slack) 
• Work high-level escalations from partner teams, including Sales, Legal, Compliance and Credit Risk
• Partner with Risk Policy to investigate trends and complete team projects
• Advocate for customers by identifying trends and suggesting improvements to Square processes and products
• Build knowledge of risk at Square and the broader payments industry
