This is a varied role that requires excellent leadership and communication skills along with a hands-on management approach.
What you will be doing:
- Oversee all aspects of the operation to ensure that the hotel functions at an optimal level in key areas including service, revenue generation and cost management.
- Ensure that guest experience is the focus.
- Maintain a culture which is service focused, positive and driven to succeed, open to change and creative in approach.
- Identify new business opportunities and build up long term business relations.
