We are currently seeking a part-time Maintenance Officer to join the team at WRAP on Southbank. You will be responsible for maintaining the presentation of guest rooms and public areas and carrying out repairs within the property.

About the role:

• Undertake general repairs and maintenance as required;
• Provide induction and supervision of external contractors;
• Implement the preventative maintenance program for each property; and
• Maintain daily work records and service schedules
• Assit at all our melboune properties owned by Minor HOtels as required

As a Systems Safety Assurance Project Manager within the Egis Advisory business, you will be responsible for undertaking activities that will provide a high level of advice to deliver tangible solutions to our clients within the Defence sector.
