Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and optimize ETL processes using Azure Data Factory to ensure accurate data integration across global databases.
• Design, build, and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases, ensuring data is well-organized, accessible, and secure.
• Identify and implement performance optimization strategies for ETL processes and reports to ensure optimal user experience.
• Support data-related development and automation initiatives in Power Automate. Experience in Power Apps is a plus.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data processes to ensure uninterrupted service to global teams, including working occasionally outside regular business hours to support multiple time zones.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, solutions, and best practices. Ensure data governance and compliance principles are maintained.
• Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively, tailoring the messaging as needed for diverse audiences.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders.

What you’ll do:

You will provide an exceptional experience to our guests from reservation and throughout their stay, creating lifetime memories.

We have 2 casual positions available, approximately 15-25 hours per week, with shifts rostered anytime between 7.30am-7.30pm.  Some weekend and public holiday availability will be required.

On a daily basis you will:

• Complete reception tasks such as taking bookings, preparing invoices, checking guests in and out
• Answer phone and email enquires promptly and professionally
• Communicate with other departments to ensure rooms are ready for guest arrivals or to ensure guest needs are met

We are seeking a dynamic and collaborative Hydraulics Technician for rebuilding components and power units, as well as installation and commissioning of large hydraulic projects.

Reporting to the Service Supervisor, the Service Technician will be expected to:

• Rebuild and test Bosch Rexroth components, including hydraulic pumps, motors, and wheel drives
• Perform fault-finding diagnosis and product analysis reporting on workshop-based projects
• Refurbish hydraulic power units
• Study system requirements and develop proactive responses to faults, maintenance, or modernization topics
• Order and gather components, perform tests, and identify further repairs
• Maintain customer confidentiality
• Prepare service quotations and follow up with customers
• Upload all relevant internal service documentation, including vendor quotations, delivery dockets, service quotations, and service reports
• Ensure quality control through documenting tests and installations, including supplying customer documentation

The ideal candidate will be energetic, team-oriented, and have a strong attention to detail. Have a passion for delivering high-quality service to our customers and interest in hydraulics.

We are open to supporting applicants with all mechanical or diesel mechanical qualifications, and experience in engine/transmission rebuilding, as we will support and train your transition into hydraulics.

As our casual Customer Service Agent, you will provide professional and efficient first points of contact for our customers and visitors within our facilities.  

Being a member of our Customer Service team, you’ll ensure a great experience in all contacts, both reactive and proactive, to achieve the best service outcomes for customers. In addition to this you’ll act as concierge for your facility; this entails coordinating the logistics and accurate documentation of deliveries. 

We have opportunities for experienced customer centric individuals to join us on a Casual basis with the potential to work across our Brisbane site. Work the hours that work for you! 

• Working location: Brisbane City, Fortitude Valley
• Working hours:15-25 hours/week, preferably with a minimum 3 working days of availability

To be successful in this role you’ll have: 

Customer Focus 

• Greet all visitors to facility in a timely, courteous, and professional manner. 
• Work with internal teams around the country to deliver a seamless customer experience. 
• Provide accurate advice and guidance on customer service requests and incidents. 

Concierge 

• Take telephone calls to facility from both internal and external customers. 
• Assist with coordination of customer and company events and activities at facility. 
• Conduct site inductions with visitors, in coordination with Facilities team, and scan induction paperwork. 
• Conduct audits of critical facility stock and replenish levels as required on: 

Support 

• Provide prompt and friendly communication to customers in person, via telephone, email, and ticketing system. 
• Action internal and external customer requests via all the internal request systems; email, via phone or face to face.  
• Provide first level resolution where possible or escalate requests and incident to the appropriate resolver group.
