Join the team, at our busy service station at NRMA Blue Dolphin Holiday Resort in Yamba. This is a casual role, offering approximately 3-4 shifts per week (18-24 hours).
This role involves monitoring site operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the smooth running of the shop.
What you will do:
- Monitor fuel dispensers, pumps, and underground storage tanks
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance as needed
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately using POS
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service station shop
- Assist with stock management and inventory control
- Adhere to safety regulations and emergency procedures
What you will bring:
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills
- Physical fitness to meet the demands of the role
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
