This position supports both Doka and Lubeca in our Melbourne Branch. There are  two key focus areas of this position which is specified below based on the core responsibilities, but not limited to;

Assistant Yard Coordinator (Doka Specific) - Overseeing the day-to-day running of the yard by ensuring that all planned and adhoc activities are executed on time as well as managing, supporting and training the yard workers. Look at opportunities to save cost and maintaining a high level of customer service within the yard.

Commercial Logistics Coordinator (CMO) - Responsible for the commercial and logistical execution of all client deliveries, invoicing and returns. In addition, the role will include the responsibility for improvement of logistical performance, stock optimization and stock accuracy. The role combines the daily tasks for Lubeca Melbourne and Doka Melbourne.

• Create orders / quotes to Discos in line with official work instruction and ensure timely update in alignment with Sales
• Ensure accurate and on time month-end closing
• Create and file all related commercial correspondences and reports.
• Coordinate inbound container shipments with Yard operations and support for outbound containers
• Execute physical full stocktake and cycle counts in line with company work instructions (Doka specific, but support Lubeca stocktake as directed by Managing Director)
• Organize/coordinate customer related transport organization and interstate transport
• Ensure material availability for and timely supply to customer in collaboration with Sales dept, Engineering dept and Yard Operations.
• Ensure updating of future customer return deliveries in alignment with Project Management
• Interact with internal stakeholders for upcoming returns, provide support documentation whenever required and scheduling of the same in alignment with Customer and Yard Operations.

• Part-time (0.4 FTE), Fixed Term Position for 2 Years

• Salary Level HEW 8 ($106,690 - $120,153 p.a. pro rata) + 17% Superannuation

• Based at the RMIT Bundoora campus and Flexible Working Arrangements

About the Role
We're seeking a distinguished Placement Coordinator for our Clinical Psychology program, who will be at the forefront of orchestrating and managing the placement activities for our postgraduate students. This role requires relevant clinical qualifications and industry knowledge to facilitate the establishment and maintenance of partnerships to support the facilitation of student placements in a timely manner.

As the Placement Coordinator in Clinical Psychology, you will provide clinical administrative support which includes:

• The delivery of high-quality services to students, staff and industry partners.

• Coordination of placement planning, including triaging patient cases, to allow students to successfully complete their Program requirements.

• Ensuring compliance with the standards set by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and the Australian Psychology Accreditation Council.

The position of Placement Coordinator - Clinical Psychology requires relevant qualifications as a registered Psychologist with a master’s degree in psychology, preferably in the Clinical field.

To be successful in this position, you will meet the following Key Selection Criteria:

• Experience in the provision of placements in a tertiary environment including ability to develop appropriate systems and processes and developed understandings of student learning needs, processes and Clinical Psychology placement requirements.

• Demonstrated knowledge of Australian Psychology Accreditation Council and Accreditation standards as they relate to tertiary Clinical Psychology field education programs.

• Excellent organisational and time management skills, including the ability to work effectively within tight deadlines.

• Demonstrates outstanding interpersonal and well-developed communication skills.

• Experience in the interpretation, development and implementation of policy and procedure.

• Familiarity with the relevant professional requirements for the training of clinical psychologists.

• Demonstrated high level of interpersonal, communication and negotiating skills including the ability to consult with relevant academic staff, external bodies, produce reports, and negotiate agreed directions, outcomes and targets within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

Mandatory: Registration as a Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia and endorsement as a clinical psychologist.

Preferred: Relevant qualifications as a registered Psychologist with a master’s degree in psychology, preferably in the Clinical field.
