What you will be doing?

As a Talent and Culture Coordinator, you will undertake a dynamic role that encompasses the coordination of Talent and Culture duties. You will process day-to-day administration of the department in an accurate and timely manner.

You are a Canva super star, using your creative side to promote our team's activities and events. You have a proactive approach and are always looking at elevating our team members experience. 

This role reports directly to the Director of Talent & Culture. It is a part-time role, working two days per week. 

About the Role

We are looking for a self-motivated and highly organised individual to join our team in a newly created role as our InfoLink Coordinator. In this role you will be responsible for delivering exceptional and ongoing customer service and administration support to the Infolink and Technology Development.

Key opportunities for this role include:

• Provide assistance to the InfoLink Projects and Support Manager to coordinate successful installation of InfoLink Products throughout the project lifecycle.
• Schedule customer implementations and “go lives” dates for the Insite Support team.
• Maintain customer information records.
• Preparing customer quotations accurately, efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Ensure that tracking and monitoring of Hardware supplied to customers such as Cellular Routers and Hardware is completed.

·         Provide initial inbound call support to customers before sending the call off to the Insite Support Team.

To be successful in this role you will likely have:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be flexible and available to interact with employees at all levels.
• Be self-directed and motivated.
• A valid driver’s licence.
• Intermediate to Advance Level of Microsoft Office Suite.

Your primary role as the TA Coordinator is to work with the TA Advisors and Leads to ensure the team is supported, and the backend operations are running as efficiently and effectively as possible.

A typical day in the life of a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Leidos:

• Screening candidates and booking in interviews
• Ensuring candidates receive regular, timely communication and the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is updated in real time
• Coordinating background checks
• Supporting the on boarding of new team members via our onboarding tool Enboarder
• Monitoring and updating posting to job boards & social media
• Continuously improving processes and ways of working to increase efficiencies
• Referral Program Coordination and Promotion
• Working in the back end of our recruitment systems to update as required
