We have an opportunity for a Service Coordinator to join our Keysborough Distribution Centre on a full-time permanent basis. The working hours of this role are 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
About the role:
Answering enquiries from customers and internal staff regarding delivery in a timely and efficient manner so customers receive their goods on time
Provide knowledgeable, courteous and helpful customer service
Ensure customer satisfaction in every transaction
Coordinate and manage delivery jobs for drivers and provide administrative support within the process
