About the Role
We are looking for a self-motivated and highly organised individual to join our team in a newly created role as our InfoLink Coordinator. In this role you will be responsible for delivering exceptional and ongoing customer service and administration support to the Infolink and Technology Development.
Key opportunities for this role include:
- Provide assistance to the InfoLink Projects and Support Manager to coordinate successful installation of InfoLink Products throughout the project lifecycle.
- Schedule customer implementations and “go lives” dates for the Insite Support team.
- Maintain customer information records.
- Preparing customer quotations accurately, efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Ensure that tracking and monitoring of Hardware supplied to customers such as Cellular Routers and Hardware is completed.
· Provide initial inbound call support to customers before sending the call off to the Insite Support Team.
To be successful in this role you will likely have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Be flexible and available to interact with employees at all levels.
- Be self-directed and motivated.
- A valid driver’s licence.
- Intermediate to Advance Level of Microsoft Office Suite.
