Responsiblities: 

• Support the secure and effective delivery of ICT systems to the Department Of Defence
• Responsible for system security monitoring, accreditation lifecycle activities, security reporting, security verification and validation
• Ensure system compliance with Commonwealth security standards as well as privacy and secrecy requirements
• Provide leadership in the creation and maintenance of a secure ICT environment across various locations
• Lead identification, implementation and review of the full range of security measures to minimise risk to Australian Government assets
• Provide security guidance to other teams within the organisation to ensure system integrity is maintained.

• Guide and advice various business stakeholders on legal aspects of their defined areas, including providing support on new projects, incidents, business initiatives, acquisitions, regulatory change and improvements to systems and products.
• Use legal expertise to assist the General Counsel and business stakeholders to manage risk through provision of timely, accurate and practical legal advice.
• Assist in the review, draft and negotiating of contracts and commercial agreements.
• Provide independent legal advice on various matters, including advice on:
  • National Consumer Credit Protection Act;
  • Australian Competition and Consumer Act;
  • General corporate law;
  • Banking law;
  • Franchising law and the Franchising Code of Conduct;
  • Employment law; and
  • Intellectual Property law.
• Contribute in strengthening relationships with key regulators, government agencies and industry bodies, for example ACCC, ASIC, AFCA and MFAA.
• Support in the development and improvement of the legal function and infrastructure to maximise efficiency and business support.
• Guide stakeholders on managing customer complaints effectively.
• Assist the Company Secretary with the compliance of the Lendi Group Companies with its statutory and regulatory obligations.

What Will You Do?

The Cyber Security Vulnerability Management Analyst is a vital role in safeguarding an organization’s digital assets by proactively addressing vulnerabilities and ensuring robust security measures. In this key role in Security Operations you will be responsible for proactively identifying, assessing, and remediating vulnerabilities in Bluescope ASP IT and OT systems and infrastructure.

This will be achieved by:

• Conducting regular vulnerability scans using specialized tools to identify weaknesses in systems, applications, and networks
• Analysing scan results to prioritize vulnerabilities based on severity, exploitability, and potential impact
• Evaluating the potential consequences of identified vulnerabilities by considering factors like exploitability and business criticality of affected systems
• Working with IT/OT teams and system owners to develop and implement remediation plans for identified vulnerabilities
• Generating reports on vulnerability management activities, including scan results, remediation progress, and overall risk posture
• Ensuring that the organization complies with relevant security standards and regulations

• Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are a plus

Based in our Brisbane CBD Corporate Office and reporting directly to the General Counsel, this position provides an excellent opportunity for an experienced Legal Counsel to join this high performing in-house legal team in an international company.

This role would be perfect for someone with some property or hotel experience looking to make a career move to an in-house role with a large and rapidly growing hotel company.

The current structure of the Legal Team includes 3 lawyers and 3 non-lawyers. We are looking for a candidate with a desire to grow their career as an in-house lawyer with a passion for growth and success.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Providing general legal advice, recommendations, and support to a number of key internal departments, including Owners department, Property (65+ properties), Leadership Team, Executive Committee, General Counsel & Commercial Departments.
• Undertake legal work, including giving legal advice and preparing and reviewing contracts and other legal documents.
• Keep the General Counsel informed at all times about any significant legal or compliance issues arising from legal work
• Review, negotiate and draft corporate, sponsorship or software related contracts as well as a large range of corporate and commercial and hotel agreements
• Draft, review and negotiate Hotel Management Agreements and property leases
• Assist in supporting the legal team in managing purchase or sale agreements (for new and existing hotels)
• Assist with preparing, renewing and assigning MLR Agreements, Leases, HMAs and Franchise agreements as required
• Provide advice and recommendations on the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and privacy legislation.

The Offensive Security Managing Consultant at Triskele Labs, based in Melbourne, will balance their time between team management (50%) and hands-on penetration testing (50%). This hybrid role, which accommodates individual needs while requiring some office-based time, necessitates managing a team of skilled penetration testers and executing complex penetration tests. The role also involves client engagement through scoping calls, providing time estimates, supporting business development activities, refining frameworks and methodologies, and documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that do not currently exist. Additionally, this position will be part of the Executive Leadership Team.

Roles And Responsibilities

Team Management (25%)

• Lead and manage a team of penetration testers, providing guidance, support, and professional development.
• Handle team escalations, ensuring swift and effective resolution of issues.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Oversee project allocation and ensure the team meets project deadlines and quality standards.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
• Coordinate training sessions and workshops to enhance the team's skills and knowledge.
• Refine existing frameworks and methodologies, ensuring they are up-to-date and effective.
• Document SOPs for penetration testing processes and procedures that do not currently exist.
• Develop and maintain penetration testing methodologies and tools.
• Actively contribute to the Executive Leadership Team, providing insights and recommendations for organisational strategy and growth.

Penetration Testing (50%)

• Conduct comprehensive penetration tests on web applications, networks, and other systems to identify security vulnerabilities.
• Develop detailed and actionable reports based on penetration test findings.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and provide tailored security solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest security trends, vulnerabilities, and technologies.

Business Development (25%)

• Participate in scoping calls with potential clients to understand their requirements and define the scope of penetration testing engagements.
• Provide accurate time estimates for penetration testing projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.

Knowledge & Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in penetration testing and cybersecurity.
• Proven experience in managing and leading a technical team.
• Strong understanding of various penetration testing methodologies and tools.
• Advanced relevant certifications such as OSCE3, CCT, or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
