This role supports the Deputy General Counsel and Company Secretary of Minderoo Foundation and Tattarang.

• Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Deputy General Counsel and Company Secretary
• Prepare high quality documents, including board and committee meeting agendas, board papers, minute templates and reviewing and formatting minutes
• Maintain collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders across all levels including board members, executives and their EA’s.
• Liaise with broader EA team to navigate calendars for Executives and Board Members for meetings.
• Diary management, organizing meetings and coordination of post meeting actions, travel arrangements and other general administration requirements.
• Working with the Legal EA’s to provide administrative support to the Ashburton legal team (eg travel, meetings, invoicing).

To provide administrative support to our team of consultants and quality assurance officers to process dictation, type and finalise medicolegal reports, formulate WorkCover forms, maintain files, ensure consultation notes are uploaded to our system, and other general administrative tasks.

To ensure the accuracy and quality of reports produced by Next Health consultants in a timely manner.

To deliver a range of high quality, customer-focused business administration support and duties for the provision of independent medical assessment and advice to Next Health team members, consultants, customers, clients and visitors.

• Establish and maintain effective and robust relationships with all Next Health consultants, team members and customers to ensure the delivery of excellence in quality and service.
• Download dictation from consultant dictaphones and process files and paperwork after consultations.
• Upload dictation for typing, adhering to turnaround times and consultant preferences.
• Type medicolegal reports using transcription software.
• Finalise reports from electronic versions or paper drafts.
• Formulate WorkCover AMS forms to accompany reports.
• Process files from consultations and out-of-office doctors and uploading consultation notes.
• Support the General Manager, Operations Manager and Report Production and Quality Team Leader in the induction and training of new team members.
• Where required, escalate to the Report Production and Quality Team Leader of customer and consultant matters that require intervention.
• Establish and maintain effective and robust relationships with all medical consultants, customers and team members to ensure the delivery of excellence in quality and service.
• Provide training and development support to new and existing team members and to consultants when required.
• Actively identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

The role

The Renewable Energy team is responsible for Rystad Energy’s research and analyses of solar, wind, storage sectors. We are seeking an independent, self-driven and well-organized individual with a good analytical mindset and communication skills to support our renewable & power research in Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities

• Support improving Rystad Energy’s renewable & power asset-level database.
• Conduct research on asset-level information and make updates to the database.
• Support industrial news and market trends updates.
• Support creation of charts for commentaries and reports.
• Additional tasks may be assigned by Team Manager and Analysts.  

Requirements

• Undergraduate or post-graduate student pursuing degree in economics, energy systems, engineering, finance, computer science or other relevant majors.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Excel and Powerpoint. Programming skills are an advantage but not required.
• Experience related to renewable energy will be an added advantage.
• Able to commit for a minimum of 6 months (Oct 2024 - Feb 2025). If you are available to start earlier, do indicate that in your cover letter.

About the Job

Working with the Group Legal Counsel and other senior members of the legal team, the role is responsible for managing legal matters relating to Rest to ensure appropriate management of Rest’s legal rights, duties and compliance.

Regulatory:

• Advise and provide guidance to business lines on legal and regulatory obligations relevant to the Trustee and Fund, including those arising under the Corporations Act, Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act, other related legislation and relevant regulatory standards and guidance
• Review product disclosures, promotional materials and other member communications
• Advise on incidents and other regulatory matters, and assist with liaising with regulators where required
• Provide ongoing legal support to regulatory projects as required

Commercial:

• Manage the timely review and negotiation of contracts and legal documents

General:

• Support senior members of the Legal team in managing litigated matters and disputes, including liaising with Rest’s external legal advisers
• Assist with providing legal training to business lines
