• Lead the strategic approach and execution of multi-million-dollar proposals, tenders and bid responses. This includes:
  • Reviewing procurement documentation, leading bid go/no go discussions, and formulating a clear plan for delivering a compelling offer.
  • Acting as bid manager by mobilising internal stakeholders, setting timelines and overseeing execution against the plan.
  • Complying with the Turner & Townsend “bid to win” process and governance requirements
  • Facilitating discussions focused on differentiators, win themes and content to ensure high quality answers are developed.
  • Working with Board-level directors and other functional teams to deliver tender responses through collation of information, writing tender responses directly, or supporting others to produce quality responses.
  • Working with external organisations and partners to develop and deliver bids and proposals.
  • Delivering a professional bid that complies with brand guidelines and clearly and succinctly communicates key messages.
  • Providing constructive feedback or escalating concerns to senior leadership and partner organisations throughout the bid and interview process
  • Ensuring that all deadlines are met and that bids are submitted on time, and in the correct manner.
• Supporting positioning activities that support high conversion and business development activity. Examples include undertaking competitor research, market analysis or interrogating client feedback.
• Identifying opportunities for cross-selling through deep understanding of Turner & Townsend services and products.
• Supporting the preparation of other deliverables related to conversion and work winning, such as interview presentation coaching and procurement team engagement.
• Building bid capability and skills in the Turner & Townsend India business of 600 professionals.
• Reporting on pipeline and bid conversion at Senior Leadership levels, including providing analysis and commentary on trends.
• Leading the bid function in India; working alongside a small team of existing bid professionals
• Contribute to content libraries and best practice approaches by overseeing maintenance of content and bid libraries.
• Support Business Development with other activities, as required

We are currently seeking a motivated Property Manager to work within our successful Occupier Services team based onsite with a highly valued client. Located at the client’s head office in Hamilton, you will be responsible for the management of a corporate property portfolio within Australia, maintaining close liaison with portfolio clients, and fostering an efficient, harmonious, and close working relationship. This is a fixed term contract that will finish at the end of March 2025.

Bringing expertise and agility, your responsibilities will include:

• Management of landlord negotiations on sublease / assignments.
• Assist with finalising property responsibilities, including but not limited to termination / transfer of electricity accounts and relevant utilities.
• Ensure compliance with the transition dates and relevant landlord consent, including facilitating the execution of the deeds and subleases.
• Work with the Clients legal team, site conversion lead and retailer business consultants to ensure relevant clauses are accurately reflected in property, brand, and supply agreements.
• Deal with the day-to-day portfolio management requirements, including reconciling and approving invoices.
• Participate in the maintenance of detailed project tracking and progress of assignment of leases.
• Resolve disputes surrounding lease obligations and where necessary instruct legal to serve notice to enforce Lessor obligations.

The Commercial Manager is responsible for the commercial management and governance in compliance of our key client contracts. They are heavily involved in implementing contracting strategies, ensuring compliance with levels of service, and managing our key client contracts in the long term.  

You will establish strong relationships with our clients and partner with key stakeholders in contract/ commercial projects aimed at embedding the customer centric culture by identifying opportunities and continuous improvement projects.
