• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of all transactions.
• Assist with payroll, budget preparation, and financial reporting.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
• Support the medical administration team with financial queries and adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare billing standards and financial regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to maintain financial efficiency.
• Prepare Balance sheet reconciliations and resolve variances.
• Proactively recommend and contribute to improvements to financial controls, processes and procedures that meet business and contractual requirements
• Assist with the BAS and Annual Tax return, as required.
• Assist with preparation of financial reports for the organisation in accordance with relevant regulations, standards and contractual obligations.
• Assist with internal and external audit activity.
• Undertake revenue and cost reporting.
• Monitor the book keeping
