We are looking for an experienced Front of House Manager to undertake the following duties:
- Manage the ordering process for food and beverage ingredients
- Participate in regular stock-takes and maintenance of ordering systems
- Provide creative input in our food and beverage program to develop new products and train staff in their execution
- Enforce health and safety standards throughout the venue
- Recruit and Select front of house staff members, and ensure appropriate training is delivered
- Provide a superior guest experience by ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction
- Manage the end to end reservation experience from small groups to large scale private events to the highest standard

Requirements:
- A Diploma in Hospitality or at least 3 years in management/ supervising roles in Hospitality
- Has great knowledge and a deep passion for our industry.
- Experience in planning and organising special events and occasions
- Experience in hatted restaurants environment preferred but not essential
Salary: $71,312-75,000 per annum plus 11.5% super
