About the Role

We are seeking applications from suitably qualified and experienced Learning Support Officers for a full time, fixed term contract position located at our Elizabeth East campus. This role will focus on support for secondary level students. The Learning Support Officer will work as an integral part of our Inclusive Education Department in a range of classroom and student support activities which contribute to the achievement of literacy and numeracy based outcomes of students in the school.

Responsibilities

• Provide classroom support to students with diverse learning needs.
• Work with classroom teachers to support the development of differentiated learning activities and assessments.
• Implement strategies and provide feedback to the Inclusive Education Coordinator and classroom teachers.
• Monitor student progress and adjust support strategies as necessary.
• Develop positive relationships with students, parents, and staff.
• Attend and participate in relevant professional development to maintain up-to-date knowledge and understanding of learning support practices.

Essential Criteria

• Certificate III or higher in Education Support or similar.
• Experience working with students who have additional learning needs.
• A passion for inspiring students to learn.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity.
• Flexibility and an ability to work collaboratively.
• Ability to work with a variety of IT software platforms.
• A commitment to the mission, vision, and core values of the College.

Adjusted Salary Range: $47,762.04 - $60,429.73

We have an opportunities available for a experienced Pastry chefs to join our Pastry Team. You will be responsible for assisting in the smooth operation of our busy pastry section, supplying handcrafted breads, pastries and cakes. Your roster will be 11.30am - 9.30pm, 4 days a week, during a busy night you may stay back until 10pm.

Ideally you will be available to start ASAP! We can consider someone at a Demi, CDP or Senior CDP Level.

• Previous experience working as a Pastry Chef in a luxury hotel/resort or cafe environment working at a Commis, Demi, CDP or Snr CDP level.

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this role is key to managing marketing communications across the Konica Minolta brand, products and services to create awareness, build trust and lasting customer relationships.

• Create and manage annual marketing communications plan, including budgets and timelines.
• Implement marketing campaigns, programs and events to advance Konica Minolta’s brand identity and awareness of product portfolio with existing and new customers.
• Oversee Konica Minolta’s public relations strategy and programs, cultivate meaningful relationships with external audiences and serve as the point of contact for communications.

Who are we looking for?

• Demonstrated experience in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field in B2B environment.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing or Communications.
• Sound experience in content strategy, media buying, planning, briefing and agency management.
• Demonstrated experience in project management and budget management.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management and organisational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas.
