Sizzle n sambar – Indian Restaurant is local restaurant which offers authentic Indian dishes to the community. We are seeking focused, motivated, and energetic individual for the Full -Time role for Restaurant Manager and chef to join our friendly team . The annual salary is between$70,000 to $75,000 and the right candidate must have minimum 2 years of experience.
The key responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
• Ensuring an iconic experience for customers and staff
• Leading the front-of-house and back-of-house staff and promoting a positive and respectful work environment
• Daily ordering from suppliers and ensuring costs are kept in accordance with the company.
• Ensure efficient and consistent service standards are provided
• Contribute to the strategic goals and objectives
Chef will take the following duties:
• ·Overseeing the food preparation process and related activities
• ·Creating enticing menus with innovative culinary creations, ensuring variety and top-notch quality
• ·Ensuring the final presentation and taste of dishes meet high standards before serving
• ·Hygiene and service are a top priority
Salary is negotiable dependent upon the experience and skills of the successful candidate.
