The Internal Communications Manager will will be responsible for developing and implementing communication strategies that engage, motivate and inform the BWS team to support the overall business strategy. This role is central to fostering a positive culture, and promoting a sense of community and connection amongst our team!

• Developing and executing comprehensive internal communication strategies that aligns with the BWS overall business objectives.
• Working closely with the Leadership Team to deliver clear, purposeful messages to team members both in stores, and support roles.
• Lead the delivery of clear, concise and purposeful communications through targeted mediums that support our team's understanding of the business strategy and connect to our brand.
• Plan and deliver key annual activations including Strategy Roadshows and events that connect our teams across the business to the BWS and Endeavour Group strategies. 
• Develop cohesive communications plans and work with the business teams for key events, change initiatives, product launches and other projects
• Help our team in stores to understand business objectives and how they contribute to our overall results.
• Lead and develop a Communications Specialist. 
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of internal communications, making recommendations and improvements to enhance the effectiveness of all communications.

The Position:

We are currently recruiting passionate and caring individuals who are looking to make a difference in our Aged Care clients lives by assisting them to live at home independently for as long as possible.

Previous Experience in Community Support Work would be highly regarded. 

You will be travelling in the Sydney City area ( Glebe to Alexandria)  & will need to have some availability during weekdays Monday to Friday between 8am-5pm. . (Preferably 2-5 days)

About the Role:

Provide quality personalised care to our valued aged care clients in their own homes through services such as:

• General household tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, ironing, cleaning bathroom & kitchen, changing beds, hanging up washing, etc
• Personal care such as showering, dressing, grooming and toileting
• Transport to appointments and shopping, etc
• Meal preparation
• Social Support
• Respite

Requirements for the role:

• An Australian driver's licence and a reliable insured motor vehicle is essential
• Reliability and compassion for the elderly

• Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent - advantage but not essential.  You can complete this through our traineeship program
• Previous experience as a Home Care Worker - highly regarded but not required
• Evidence of Covid vaccinations

The Project Coordinator at Guzman y Gomez supports the Construction department with the delivery of the new store and refurbishment pipeline. They will work closely with the National Construction & Delivery Manager and the wider Construction team to ensure all projects undertaken are delivered to a high standard.

• Assist with meeting minutes and key actions
• Managing outlook diary for National Construction & Delivery Manager
• Booking team travel from time to time
• Generating purchase orders
• Budget reconciliation and management
• Develop long-term procurement strategies alongside National Construction & Delivery Manager
• Document and report project progress
• Maintain project budgets
• Manage project defect closeouts
• Continually review project procurement status
• General team administration

You’ll enjoy this role if you have:

• 3+ years experience in building and construction industry including exposure to project coordination
• Experience in shop fitting in a food and beverage environment
• Experience in interacting with landlords and shipping centres
