Group Procurement enables our business by procuring all our Non-Trade Goods and Services. As a Category Manager within the Procurement team, you will play a key role in leading, designing and delivering category strategies and commercial cost optimisation activities. Both of which focus on stakeholder engagement, value realisation and risk mitigation.
This role will have a significant focus enabling our Repairs and Maintenance OR Corporate Services portfolios. Value will be delivered through running sourcing activities and negotiations, scope / specification review and demand management.

- Understand the Endeavour business and cost drivers and in collaboration with business partners, create category strategies and execute sourcing events to deliver sustainable value.
- Influencing and mobilising key stakeholders to deliver impactful change.
- Extracting insights from complex analysis.
- Influencing decisions and through clear communications and presentations.
- Running sourcing activities and supplier negotiation.
- Develop, implement and manage vendor performance metrics, documents and reporting as part of a Supplier Relationship Management plan (metrics, compliance, continuous improvement plans).
- Anticipate and execute contract-based opportunities.
- Support ESG programs and activities.
