We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Payroll Manager to join our friendly and dedicated Finance Team! As the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective management of the organizations entire payroll function, ensuring best practice and compliance is maintained at all times.

With support from the Payroll Associate, you will be responsible end-to-end processing of company payroll, remitting payroll taxes and government reporting as well as preparing monthly, quarterly and year-end payroll statement. You will also play a key role in process and system improvement initiatives.  

Key Responsibilities:

As the Payroll Manager, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to

• Ensuring all payroll transactions are completed in an accurate and timely manner, including, Processing Superannuation, Payroll taxes, FBT taxes, PAYG deductions.
• Managing the preparation of weekly pay runs for approval.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant state and federal legislation and requirements, payroll industry best practice, applicable awards and employee contracts.
• Acting as first point of contact for all payroll enquiries, including portal queries.

• Liaising closely with our P&O and Finance teams.
• Cooperating with internal/external auditors to complete and provide required information during regular audits.
• System administration, including, ensuring our employee payroll information is up to date, establishing user accounts and liaising with third party vendors (HR3 & HumanForce) to ensure systems are fit for TOMRA’s operational requirements.

In this highly autonomous role, the Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for TOMRA’s Digital Ecosystem across the 5 states we operate in, including the development, execution and measurement of all day-to-day digital marketing activities, with the exception of Social Media.

About the Opportunity

The Senior Investor Services Officer reports to the Head of Finance and will have exposure to all aspects of the Firm, including the Strategy & Distribution team, Equity Operations team, Compliance and the Finance team. This position ensures that adequate support exists within the business to meet and satisfy internal and external client expectations to a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Provide client services and escalated registry services to Investors in our retail and institutional funds. This position acts as the SME for fund investors, platforms, channels, and dealer groups.
• Liaise with external unit registry stakeholders to deal with all escalations including dealing directly with clients where required.
• Monitor the "Client" inbox and customer service phone line to ensure timely responses to all enquiries.
• Complete daily, weekly, monthly tasks i.e., daily prices, weekly sales update, monthly reporting, and quarterly flows.
• Reviewing, preparing, and approving the platform rebate calculations, management fee rebates and external distribution partner fee calculations.
• Effectively manage risks associated with your role, responsibilities, and broader business environment. This includes adhering to all to external regulations and guidelines, and internal policies, procedures, codes, and guidelines.

About You - Our Ideal Candidate
