About the Role
An exciting opportunity has been established as an experienced Senior Building Assets Specialist responsible for the planning and management of building assets including providing expert advice, ensuring building assets are effectively managed in terms of approvals, timelines, risks, and budget.
The Senior Building Assets Specialist will deliver place based, innovative and strategically aligned outcomes to ensure the Citys assets are managed and maintained in a financially sustainable manner that aligns with Councils Community Strategic Plan, Long Term Financial Plan (LTFP), Resourcing Strategy and other relevant Council adopted policies and strategies.
What we Offer
Permanent, Full time - 70 hours per fortnight
Full time salary from $110, - $127, per annum plus 11.5% superannuation
