The Role

This role is critical in ensuring the seamless delivery of our services to our valued clients. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end service delivery process, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring our team consistently exceeds client expectations.

Our Port Melbourne site is not only the home of Vegemite it is also the home of other Australian iconic products, such as Bega Peanut Butter, Bega Simply Nuts, Zoosh and Cream Cheese. VEGEMITE has been proudly made in Port Melbourne, Australia since 1923.

This role includes a requirement to be “on call”. It is also following our flexible working policy with a requirement to be in the office at least two days and the rest can be worked from home.

Responsibilities

• Manage user support area with guidance from senior colleagues, developing a user support plan and delivering activities while solving complex issues to meet user support standards

• Design and plan fault isolation and resolution for complex challenges to limit and address issues promptly

• Create and maintain complex technical and/or user documentation to a high standard and ensure information is accessible and available if and when problems occur

• Communicate actions needed to implement the function’s strategy and business plan within the team

• Manage relationships with internal clients and act as acting as the face of IT, building high levels of professional credibility and mutual trust, and managing the deployment of appropriate internal and/or external resources to support in delivering business strategy and plans

About you

• Knowledge and working experience in ITIL accompanied with a certification

• Information systems equivalent degree

• A background in FMCG or Supply Chain / Logistics

• Experience in incident management and ability to have these responded to quickly

• Ability to build rapport and manage stakeholder relationships internally as well as external vendors

About the role

We are looking for a professional, innovative and driven Account Manager who can maximise revenue potential by continually developing Konica Minolta’s market exposure in Western Australia. We are looking for drivers, individuals who live for the next big challenge. You want to and can make an impact every day. We seek to employ the brightest and most forward-thinking talent.

In consultation with key stakeholders, your primary accountabilities are to:

• Drive market share growth through existing customers and new business in the Corporate & Enterprise vertical.

• Drive sales and manage internal processes from pre-sales to delivery to ensure success and achievement of targets.

• Provide timely and accurate completion of business plans, forecasts, internal order processes and customer management.

• Develop and maintain your knowledge of the Konica Minolta offering and the vertical industries of your nominated accounts.

• Maintain & regularly update CRM.

• Achieve the revenue target set out for your area/portfolio.

• Be an active member of the WA Branch - helping to drive innovation, continue the development of a high-performance culture and contribute to the achievement of Branch goals.

• Exemplify company values and adhere to policies and procedures.

To be qualified for this position, ideally your background and skills will comprise of the following:

·        Previous sales experience (ideally in the Corporate and Enterprise vertical).

·        Proven ability to create customer value through the sale of solutions and managed services.

·        Proven ability to develop account strategy, write and execute business plans.

·        Proven business development experience.

·        Proficiency with CRM applications.

·        Exposure to sales training methodologies.

·        Excellent written and verbal communication.

·        Strong proficiency in MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook)

·        Exceptional presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.

·        Ability to monitor performance against deadlines and milestones.

·        Australian driver’s license.
