• Grow Sika’s market share by establishing quality relationships within key retail distribution customers.
• Support all Sika retail distribution business activities.
• Develop and conduct Sika brand support activities, including trade breakfasts and promotional events.
• Identify customer training opportunities and support with training programs.
• Participate in internal and external training as needed.
• Prepare and present monthly activity summaries to the manager.
• Comply with sales, pricing, and expense policies.
• Regular travel to customer sites, including regional travel.
• Perform any other tasks as agreed with Sika.
