- Service and support existing customers, and develop new ones according to targets and budgets.
- Liaise and communicate product ranging, pricing, action plans, and promotional initiatives.
- Provide market information to the Sales Manager for planning.
- Ensure adequate stock levels and obtain stock orders at retail locations.
- Complete all call cycles on schedule, recording activities in SalesForce.
- Undertake merchandising stock in stores as needed.
- Grow Sika’s market share by establishing quality relationships within key retail distribution customers.
- Support all Sika retail distribution business activities.
- Develop and conduct Sika brand support activities, including trade breakfasts and promotional events.
- Identify customer training opportunities and support with training programs.
- Participate in internal and external training as needed.
- Prepare and present monthly activity summaries to the manager.
- Comply with sales, pricing, and expense policies.
- Regular travel to customer sites, including regional travel.
- Perform any other tasks as agreed with Sika.
