The Position

• Picking of raw materials to make batches of liquid chemicals
• Mixing chemical blends to varying concentrations as per specifications
• This involves both the pumping of liquids and dissolving of powders in a solution
• Filling packages with chemicals, ranging from 5 litres to 1,000 litres in size
• Manual lifting 25KG Bags
• Forklift operation
• Maintaining a clean and tidy production area and ensuring general area is kept clear of hazards.

About you

The Position

• Full-time permanent position. Day shift
• Ensure all warehouse personnel and site visitors adhere to Redox’s policies, procedures, and site-specific conditions of WH&S in compliance with state and federal legislation.
• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, related logistics activities in co-ordination with the Store Manager to drive DIFOT performance.
• Effective and cohesive team management in mentoring, inducting and training warehouse operatives and related functions in processes, systems and operational tasks and functions.
• Ensure inventory management best practices are applied encompassing (but not limited to) stock storage, location, segregation, quantities, packaging, labelling and housekeeping.
• Responsible for good housekeeping and hygiene standards ensuring that GMP and HACCP compliance along with general warehouse cleanliness is maintained across the warehouse and related grounds.
• Ability to communicate and work with various stakeholders internally and externally to improve performance and outcomes for the business.
• Timely and effective execution of warehouse, MHE and safety related maintenance and inspection tasks/remedial action and reporting.
• Identify and act on opportunities for improvement in co-ordination with the Store Manager, whilst resolving raised quality problems.

About you

• Minimum of 2 years’ industry experience
• Cert IV of Warehousing (desirable), or willing to undertake training as part of accepting the role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills in managing and guiding staff at all levels in warehouse operations and related activities.
• Hold a current Australian forklift license – minimum LF; whilst either a EWP, Telehandler (CN2) and or LO licenses are desirable.
• Demonstratable knowledge of Work, Health & Safety state and federal legislation
• Knowledgeable of Dangerous Goods and Hazardous substances regulatory handling and storage legislation or be willing to undertake training prior to commencement in the role.

About the Role

Our Front Office team is looking for an enthusiastic, customer service focused Guest Service Agent (GSA). As our newest GSA your role is to welcome our guests on arrival to ensure they enjoy their stay as you check them into or out of their villa. You may also help to coordinate our guests’ experiences or activities and share the things you love about Byron.

A little bit about us: Nestled on fifty acres of absolute beach front paradise, Elements of Byron is an award-winning resort offering luxury accommodation options, world-class resort facilities and unforgettable experiences. Barefoot luxury at every step.

To set you up to succeed: Two weeks of structed training will be provided to you covering the tasks required on both the morning and afternoon shifts. You will also be assigned a buddy who will support you as you learn the system and resort features.

The role: Working on our busy reception desk, you will be responsible for ensuring we do not merely deliver service but do more than is expected to create meaningful and authentic moments of hospitality. Checking guests in and out daily, making reservations over the phone, running daily reports to identify any special requests, anticipating guests service needs, and complying with policies and procedures. You will listen to, and resolve guest's complaints or concerns, but there will always be a manager there to support you when required.

The hours: Full time on going casual role available working up to 38 hours a week, across a 7-day rotating roster.

Ideally you will be an Australian Citizen or Resident, as this is an on going role that may move into a permanent position we are not able to consider someone on a WHV.

The shifts: 7am - 3pm and 3pm - 11pm.

Rates: Mon-Fri $31.09, Sat $37.31, Sun $43.52

Responsibilities:

• Work with the Buyers & Planners to develop a multi-category womenswear range catering to both the Australian & international market
• Buy in line with monthly category budgets & option plans to meet business targets
• Manage repeat orders of best sellers & core lines to maximise sales
• Ensure assortment depth and size curves are relevant and in line with sales patterns
• Accountable for end-to-end execution of category ranges from product selection, order placement, timeline management & financial performance to deliver key metrics
• Review weekly product lifecycle & sales trends highlighting best and worst performers & areas of opportunity.
• Analyse daily sales data & use this information to assist with the buy plan
• Provide product performance feedback/findings to the design teams & offer guidance for future developments

• Follow and contribute to the OTB process, including sales forecasting, product buy & markdowns.
• Maintain a strong awareness of competitors and marketplace
• Analysis of category performance & buying trends across AU & US storefronts to build a deep understanding of the customer and the business
• Regular reviews of future orders and current inventory hold, highlighting opportunities and risks
• Work with Marketing & Social Teams to ensure key items are promoted and featured in campaigns

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Buying position in ecommerce apparel
• Demonstrated knowledge of merchandise planning, OTB management and ROI principles
• Strong skills in Google Sheets/Excel
• Understanding and solid interpretation of global trends
• Good judgement and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage a high workload and meet tight deadlines
