About the Job

• Conducting bottom up stock, business model and business strategy analysis to provide support to the relevant asset class head
• Providing bespoke research reports on topical issue. E.g. deep dive analysis on a particular market segment or theme
• Assist in the development of portfolio construction tools and insight
• Providing input into responding to ad-hoc internal and external stakeholder queries
• Providing general market commentaries for presentation to a range of investment forums
• Assist with the implementation of key investment decisions under the guidance of the relevant asset class head

About the Job

As a member of the Rest People and Culture team, this role will collaborate and contribute to delivering our People Strategy through working with leaders and employees to build learning and development, talent, culture and capability at Rest.

The primary purpose of this role is to identify learning and capability needs, deliver learning and development programs to support those needs and support delivery of a range of engagement and culture related programs.

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leaders and employees to identify and analyse training needs, complete capability gap analysis and input these into the workforce strategy 
• Design, source and deliver learning and development programs, including training workshops and e-learning and actively monitor their effectiveness 
• Curate L&D content and campaigns aligned to business priorities
• Support the development of a preferred supplier program for L&D vendors and manage contracts
• Contribute to sharepoint management (where L&D content is housed)
• Support, contribution to and roll out key initiatives relating to organisational culture, DE&I, engagement and high impact programs of work

• Provide support for the delivery of virtual and in-person people & culture plans for ANZ.
• Generate HR communications in line with brand guidelines and excitement for upcoming events.
• Assist in the planning of Learning & Development initiatives across the business.
• Provide support to the HR team on employee lifecycle processes and actions.
• Utilise data and research to improve the employee experience.
• Participate in ideation and creation sessions with the ANZ HR team to solve local problems for people
• Collaborate with the HR team in maintaining updated personnel files.
• Review and regularly update the employee portal with upcoming events and important communications

About the Internship

The eight-week paid Radio Internship Program is an ideal opportunity for the next generation of Australia's diverse radio talent to build their skills and get real-world experience under their belt.  We're seeking passionate and ambitious individuals who are eager to gain hands-on experience across our various radio departments.
