In this role, you will:

• Build mutual relationships based on shared experiences and curiosity, fostering hope and social change.
• Provide 1:1 peer support both onsite and through outreach, facilitating peer support groups, and offering secondary consultation and education.
• Help clients develop their strengths and recovery goals, promote hope, choice, and social connectedness, and collaborate with staff and service providers to enhance recovery-oriented mental health and substance use services.
• Participate in individual peer supervision and peer reflective practice groups will ensure your work aligns with best practices.
• Utilise Intentional Peer Support principles, forming empathic relationships, upholding recovery-focused values, and engaging in professional development.

Who we are looking for 
We’re seeking a Peer Worker with the ability and willingness to self-reflect and share own experiences of recovery with others for the benefit of advancing their recovery.

The successful applicant will have:

• Lived experience of mental illness, substance dependence and/or trauma.
• Lived experience of the recovery journey.
• Group facilitation skills.
• Understanding of and commitment to human rights and social justice, trauma-informed care, and the harm minimisation approach.
• Personal experience of the public or private mental health or AOD systems (highly regarded).
• Advanced knowledge of the local area and its health services and other community services (highly regarded).

What you’ll be doing 
We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Clinician to join our team, where you will play a vital role in coordinating care and liaising with psychiatrists, GPs, and clinicians involved in tertiary and primary mental health, as well as dual diagnosis care.

In this role, you'll provide counselling and care coordination for complex mental health issues, deliver evidence-based treatment in individual, group, and family contexts, and manage holistic assessments and care planning. You'll collaborate with care agencies and educators, contribute to team meetings and case reviews, and develop culturally appropriate services.
Key responsibilities include consulting with care partners, maintaining collaborative relationships, and participating in quality improvement activities to enhance service outcomes.

Who we’re looking for 
If you’re an experienced and motivated Mental Health Clinician who is passionate about supporting moderate to increasing acuity mental health issues, including complex and severe best treatment options, support services, co-morbidities, and co-occurring contexts, then we want to hear from you!

To be successful in this position you will have:

• Knowledge and applied understanding of relevant theories underpinning interventions and clinical practice as well as demonstrated excellence in practical application of such, in the areas of complex and severe mental health
• Skilled in formulating mental health treatment plans, and a working understanding of the impact of trauma upon mental health.
• Knowledge and ability to implement mental-health therapeutic approaches (e.g., DBT, ACT, recovery-based approaches).
• Assessment – mental state examination, crisis, and risk assessment including after-care planning.

Are you a born leader, passionate about mental health and ready to drive meaningful change? We are excited to announce that we are recruiting into the position of Team Leader for the Enhanced Adult Complex and Severe Mental Health Service, a collaborative initiative between EACH and Health Voyage.

As the Team Leader, you will spearhead the implementation of an enhanced model of care for clients referred through the Primary Mental Health Program. This pivotal role involves establishing robust clinical governance systems, integrating existing mental health nurse staff into the new care model, and developing comprehensive supervision and support structures for new team members. You will be working closely with senior staff, including the consultant psychiatrist, senior Health Voyage staff, and the Service Manager, while also holding a negotiated clinical caseload.

What Will You Do?

• analysing plans and specifications to prepare estimate material requirements using our internal CAD system to generate designs and quotations. Assisting customers with their purchasing decision by identifying their needs and wants and suggesting suitable options
• collaborating with internal stakeholders such as transport, warehouse, and sales departments to ensure customer expectations and requirements are met including product specifications, special packaging, and delivery timelines.
• interacting with internal and external stakeholders over the phone face to face and email, managing quotes and queries
• meeting and greeting clients that come into the showroom providing a professional sales experience
