As the Injury Management Specialist you will play a vital role in the success of the WorkFocus team by supporting the management of some of our largest customers. Drawing upon your extensive experience and strong profile within the industry, you will deliver services and implement Service Agreements with key customers requiring a specific focus as per business unit needs.   

As a valued team member, your responsibilities will include:

• Maintain quality across customer as per SLA requirements in regard to rates, costs and durations
• Implement services as per Customer SLAs
• Coach team member to undertake work in accordance with customer requirements
• Complete internal and external customer critical case reviews to drive strategy and good rehab on all claims
• Represent WFA at public forums and on various committees as required

About the Role

Our client is seeking a mid-level music producer/sound engineer for a personal project. The primary task involves adding instrumental elements to an existing guitar and vocals mix, as well as mastering the song. If the initial collaboration is successful, the client has an additional five songs that require similar production and mastering work. The project will require the expert to be physically present in Melbourne, Australia, for a portion of the work.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the singer-songwriter to understand their creative vision and desired sound.
• Add instrumental elements, such as drums, bass, and other instrumentation, to an existing guitar and vocals mix.
• Ensure that the added instruments complement and enhance the existing vocals and guitar tracks.

• Mid-level experience as a music producer/sound engineer, with a strong portfolio showcasing work in similar genres.
• Proficiency in music production software such as Pro Tools, Logic Pro, or Ableton Live.
• Expertise in adding instrumental elements, mixing, and mastering techniques.
• Ability to interpret and recreate specific music styles based on provided examples.

As a Product Manager at EstimateOne, you will:

• Co-own, refine and execute the EstimateOne Product Strategy and work closely with our Chief Product Officer, Head of Design and Product Management Team to continuously improve our Product Management Practice through shared knowledge, tooling, resources and ways of working.
• Develop a deep understanding of our customers, their problems and needs through research, data analysis and importantly actually talking to and getting to know them face to face.
• Foster a great collaborative partnership with Design, Engineering, Product Marketing and Audience GMs to bring innovative solutions to life, measuring their impact and celebrating their success.
• Build great relationships with Sales, Marketing and Customer facing teams to understand perspectives and ensure they are engaged and supported through product changes.

• Consult a diverse range of clientele including musculoskeletal and sporting patient groups with ongoing case management
• use objective measures to guide clinical decisions including strength testing
• educate your clients on the benefits of long-term strength training as well as use traditional physiotherapy methods to ensure a positive outcome
• have access to state of the art rehab equipment and diagnostics
• build and maintain relationships with external referrers
