2 years? experience in a marketing automation role
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with an ability to work with IT and translate for all stakeholders.
Experience with marketing automation platforms including (but not limited to) Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Twillio
Experience using CRM platforms, Google Analytics, and tag manager
Hands on experience building email templates using HTML/CSS
End to end experience in building journeys in SFMC (including planning, execution & troubleshooting)
Experience in SQL and audience segmentation.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud certified is an advantage, but not essential.
