What you’ll do

The Senior Governance, Risk and Compliance Advisor is to act as the subject matter expert and thought leader in establishing, governing, and managing information security activities within Datacom.

Your key responsibilities as a Governance, Risk and Compliance Advisor are:

• Identify, develop and implement Security processes, standards and policies
• Work closely with our internal business units to ensure the application of security controls that meet Datacom and business requirements, and align to the Datacom Information Security Plan
• Work closely with our internal business units and clients to ensure adherence to Information Security Manual (ISM) and The Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF)
• On-going auditing, monitoring and improvement of security controls, including the development of Threat and Risk Assessments (TRA), System Security Plans (SSP), and Security Risk Management plans (SRMP).
• ISO27K framework and knowledge of building and running an Information Security Management System (ISMS)
• Providing guidance, education, and training to ensure adherence and compliance (people, processes, and technology)

What you’ll bring

• Extensive experience in information security, audit, assurance, governance, risk or compliance and a sound understanding of information security principles, polices and standards

• The GRC Advisor must have a detailed knowledge of agency-specific and Australian Government protective security policy, principles, and minimum standards, and be provided with opportunity to maintain this knowledge

The Financial Reporting and Billing Analyst is a hands-on financial analyst responsible for day-to-day cost management, invoice generation and commercial reviews and analysis. We are looking for a Security Compliance Specialist to lead CDC's security assurance function for the business. CDC Data Centres operates high security environments which must comply with rigorous government security and industry standards. The Security Compliance Specialist will be responsible for security assurance programs across the entire lifecycle of our data centres, including pre-planning, design, construction, commissioning, and ongoing operations.

Key responsibilities include:

•       Develop, implement, and oversee security compliance and assurance programs to ensure that all requirements are met.

•       Assist the Senior Manager, Security, Resilience and Assurance in the development of security policy.

•       Draft security compliance-related protocols, procedures and guidance material as required.

•       Assist in the development and implementation of protective security design standards for pre-construction, construction and commissioning of new data centres and infrastructure in accordance with government, industry, and customer requirements.

•       Be aware of pending changes to government, industry, and customer security requirements.

•       Work closely with the Manager, Security Operations, and other relevant stakeholders to develop quality assurance measures for effective security operations within our data centres.

•       Liaise with customers success managers, and where necessary customers directly to ensure customer security requirements are being met.

•       Liaise with consultants and certifiers in relation to security-related certification and re-certification of data centres, and where necessary provide support to initial or ongoing certification requirements.

•       Educate and train employees (including management) on security compliance related matters.

The Associate Service Technician 24/7 position is a vital role that significantly contributes to the continuity and efficiency of our DC Operations teams. • Support and engage with Customers, Service Technicians and contractors undertaking support activities and overseeing maintenance works
• Monitor critical infrastructure to ensure continuity of services and no disruption to client’s or business operations,
• Utilise electronic monitoring systems to proactively oversee and monitor site conditions
• Respond to customer requests and critical events swiftly,
• Ensure personnel are performing activities safely and in accordance with CDC’s processes and procedures.

What You’ll Do   

• Load projects/contracts into the ERP and PSA toolset. 
• Load variations, sales orders, purchase orders, resource plans, and other artefacts into the ERP and PSA toolset. 
• Maintain financial records and provide regular reports on project spending and budget status. 
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure that financial processes and policies are understood and adhered to. 
• Monitor project spending/WIP and ensure that invoices are processed in a timely and accurate manner. 
• Provide training and support to project teams on systems, tools, processes, and reporting. 
• Exhibit strong technical writing skills and create user guides, training materials, and documentation. 
• Provide support for audits and financial reviews, including preparation of documentation and review of findings. 
• Monitor system hygiene and follow up stakeholders for compliance.

What You’ll Bring  

You will be an exceptionally professional person who has incredible communication skills - both written and verbal. You have a detailed understanding of the end-to-end Sales to Project Delivery Lifecycle. As an Administration Assistant with Outback Spirit Tours you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and diverse environment. You will provide daily administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations. Your attention to detail and excellent organisational skills will be paramount in your success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support such as answering phone calls, and responding to emails
• Assist with freight when required
• Coordination of flights and arranging travel as required
• Coordinate the supply of parts to our lodges
• Assist with maintenance requests and coordinate logistics of contractors/supplies
• Maintain and update company databases, registers and files, ensuring accuracy
• Assist with the implementation of the preventative maintenance programs for lodge assets

• Ordering of various items for the lodges such as fuel and equipment
• Prepare and distribute documents, monthly reports, and presentations as required
• Review and document standard operating procedures
• Contribute to the improvement of administrative processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
• Demonstrated experience using computer based Maintenance Management Systems such as MEX
• Working knowledge of maintenance and asset management practices
• Knowledge and ability to implement WHS risk procedures into online applications such as PROTECHT
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and individuals
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
