Product of Italy is looking for an individual who can oversee the Penrith restaurant's kitchen by effectively managing other kitchen and food preparation team members whilst deciding what dishes to serve and adjusting orders to meet guests' requests.
The individual will assist in prep-work but will also cook specialty dishes that require changes due to seasons. In doing so, choosing the right ingredients and designing a menu based on availability, popularity and demand will be essential to the role.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The successful applicant will play a crucial part in performing and coordinating service activities relating to our equipment, spares, and wears, and providing customers with technical services support in conjunction with our sales team. In addition to this, other key responsibilities will include;

Provide hands-on mechanical service work in the field to Metso customers.
Provide technical liaison services between customers, product divisions and sales personnel.
Perform technical evaluations and analyse equipment and machine component failures.
Promote products and services to customers.
Promote the sales of OEM spare parts and wearing material components.
Supervise and oversee Field Service shutdowns and projects on customer sites.
Complete field machine inspections per global and customer procedures. Escalate questions and analysis to Technical Support and Engineering.
Prepare post site visit reports, time sheets and expenses after site visits.
Support quotation work by providing scope of work, initial planning, and costing information.
Promote Technical Support value add and support Technical Support Teams.

ABOUT YOU:

A Mechanical trade qualification from college or technical school; or three to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in the Mining industries working Filters, Grinding Mills, Flotation and Thickeners.
Task experience to include but not limited to: Drive line installation and alignment, gearbox replacement.
Basic rigging and dogging understanding.
Basic computer literacy in MS Office – Word and Excel.
Must have current motor vehicle license.
Must be physically fit and able to pass random medical and drug tests.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical schematics.
Ability to travel, within short notice.
Ability to work away from home, for extended periods and extended hours, on weekends or as required.

ICT Support Technician


Job Description:

Sektor specialises in delivering innovative and efficient technologies for the retail, networking, security, healthcare, modern workplace, mobility, cyber security and payments markets. Sektor requires at least one additional ICT Support Technician. This role is for an experienced motivated electronic equipment technician with a minimum of two years’ stable experience preferred.

Tasks:
• Perform installations, repair, support, troubleshoot, test, and maintain Computer, POS, PDT, Tablets, Kiosk and peripherals.
• Undertake pre-delivery testing, analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of client problems via phone, e-mail, remotely and face to face contact.
• Resolve complex issues related to system failure of hardware, software, communication devices, printers, and production servers.
• Ghosting images and prepare Servers, POS, Computer, Tablet for distribution.
• Perform acceptance testing for new products to add to Sektor's product pool i.e., benchmarking new units, checking the durability of the product, comparing it to units that are currently stocked and noting down any additional details that may contribute to the value proposition.
• Provide Technical support, RMA issue, performed updates and maintain technical knowledge of product line segments.
• Continuously reviewing performance against Service Level Agreements.
• Support on-call schedule, Field visits and respond to priority incidents.

Other requirements include:

• Relevant formal higher education training in IT.
• Excellent time management skills.

• Provide Customers with Scope of work carried out
• Provide detailed Job reports
• Well-presented wearing uniforms and ensure clean work environment

Package:

• Full-time;
• 40 hours per week (additional hours as per contract and as reasonably required);
• Salary is $74,000 pa;
