We are currently looking for Chefs, Cooks, Restaurant Managers and Hotel / Duty Managers to join our venues in Fremantle - South Beach Hotel, Federal Hotel, and 8 Knots Tavern.

Hotel Manager / Duty Manager - Federal Hotel - You will be responsible for organising and controlling the operations of the Hotel to provide guest accommodation, meals and other services.

You will need:
- A minimum of 2/3 years' experience in a similar role
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills
- Flexible work ethic with a passion to create unique and memorable experiences

Restaurant Manager - Federal Hotel - Working alongside the management team, as the Manager you would be responsible for driving all aspects of the Venue including service, marketing, running events and financial objectives. You must be experienced and able to manage purchasing and labour costs in line with budgets.

You will need to have:
- At least 2 years' proven experience in a similar role
- Hospitality qualifications, including Approved Manager Licence
- Previous experience in a similar size reputable restaurant and kitchen operation
- Awesome communication skills with those you come into contact with

Chefs / Cooks - Reporting directly to the Manager you will be instrumental in the continuing management of our Kitchen. Having good smarts you will also be able to maximise the Kitchen's profitability, labour and food cost controls

You must also be able to:
- Demonstrate previous experience of two years working in a quality restaurant at Chef level.
- Display a passion for the food industry.
- Work well in a team and be able to communicate well with other team members.
- Have a flexible approach to adapting to change.
- Have an excellent understanding of food safety principles and evidence of training.

Remuneration packages between $73,150 - $75,000 will be offered to the successful candidates.
