About the role

The Marketing Manager is an experienced digital marketer who will drive and coordinate the local marketing efforts to increase customer acquisition and retention programs. The person in this role will work collaboratively with our Partner Manager, Product and Risk teams and their diverse group of partners to develop digital marketing programs to drive payment adoption. They will also work with the global Marketing team to provide local market insight on global initiatives.

What you will be doing

• Collaborating with our US marketing team to execute a new global brand strategy in Australia and New Zealand.
• Collaborating with USA team managing our lead gen program specifically through SEO, SEM, LinkedIn, partner referrals and other channels.
• Creating and executing marketing communications to our client base and partners.
• Developing market specific payment adoption content in collaboration with our strategic software partners.
• Utilising data to provide management team with key marketing and ROI metrics.
• Collaborating with internal subject matter experts to develop marketing collateral /content.
• Working in unison with our business development, inside sales and partner management teams to optimise sales funnel performance.
• Other related duties assigned as needed.

What you bring:

• 3-5+ years’ experience in B2B demand generation and/or digital marketing experience within payments and/or SaaS industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business (or similar discipline).
• Google Analytics, Google AdWords, HubSpot or similar digital marketing certification.
• Experience developing and executing programs for email marketing, social advertising, content syndication, SEM and paid digital.
• Ability to track campaign performance and associated spend down to the most granular details while providing roll-up reporting to senior management.
• Strong proficiency in MS O365, Salesforce, Hubspot, ZoomInfo, SEMRush and other marketing technology tools.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Acrobat preferred.
• Strong communication skills and team attitude
• Ability to collaborate with external partners and internal sales team.
• B2B /B2C Fintech, payments or software experience preferred.

The Opportunity

Come and discover the opportunity to join our Lysaght business in our Emu Plains team as a Production Scheduling Manager. Made in Australia since 1921, Lysaght manufactures and markets steel building products that have helped shape the nation: from iconic corrugated roofing over Australian homes, to large commercial and industrial projects.

In this varied role, you will be responsible for providing schedules to multiple inter-connected production units to maximise productivity and meet customer needs. This role entails balancing production constraints and variation with customer priorities and adapting to process variation.

What Will You Do?

Being the face of BlueScope for our customers, you will be:

• managing and developing a team of 3 to deliver daily scheduling requirements that include: Roofing & walling, Rainwater goods, flashings (including detailing), curving and selected structural products
• developing schedules for all units to meet current and backlog delivery demands
• responding to all enquiries and redirecting to other members of the team where required
• working with production, loading and transport teams to ensure scheduling sequences and timing are optimised
• creating appropriate reports on priority packing to ensure delivery needs for customers are met
