The Opportunity
Come and discover the opportunity to join our NSW Sales team in our BlueScope Building Components business as an Account Manager specialising in the structural flooring market.
You will focus on providing exceptional customer service to current customers, whilst building a sales strategy to approach the market to develop new opportunities aligned to company goals. You will also be partnering with key stakeholders across production, transport, and customer service. Training will be provided to an experienced sales professional looking towards Account Management in order to further develop their career.
What Will You Do?
Providing tailored solutions to our customers, you will also be:
- identifying and converting growth opportunities within the structural flooring market
- collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective solutions
- proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations
- driving business development efforts through effective prospecting and networking
More About You
Along with your ability to understand and uncover customer needs transforming these into improved service offerings, you will bring:
- an understanding of ERP/Sales systems
- the ability to learn and strategise the implementation of new products to market
- proven track record of identifying and capitalising opportunities in industries such as formwork or steel reinforcement
- preferably a strong knowledge of the construction industry and practices but not essential
