As a senior member of our established Kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring a high quality preparation and presentation of food to our guests. Your flexibility in adapting to special requests will contribute to creating memorable dining experiences that will see guests returning time and time again. Under the supervision of our Executive Chef, you will: 

• To prepare and present menu items showing variety and flair, within the cost margins specified by the hotel. 
• Communicate with FOH staff regarding the availability of menu items, additions to the menu and any relevant changes.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, Ensuring Work, Health and Safety procedures are followed to ensure your team’s and guests safety.
• Ensure strict stock rotation and minimum wastage.

With growth forecast in our Rural and Agribusiness division, we are looking to expand our transactions team in Queensland with the appointment of a Director for premium rural properties and agribusiness assets.

Reporting to the Head of Agribusiness, Transaction Services, you will assume a key role in the development and implementation of sales campaigns for a range of Agribusiness assets including commercial mixed agricultural operations, beef cattle, dairy and sheep assets, permanent crops, grains and pulses, other pastoral operations and intensive farming land.
