Purpose of the role As a Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the delivery of services to people we support across several houses to enable them to live well at home, participate in their community, and achieve their goals. You will lead your team to deliver high standards of practice while embedding and living your passion for social inclusion for people living with disability.
