Working within our Risk Management Practice, you will be responsible for the growth, profitability and client satisfaction of a book of business containing large and complex mining accounts ranging from exploratory start-ups through to diversified majors. This includes managing and developing client relationships, acting as the client's trusted advisor, pursuing new business development, and expanding and diversifying the mix of Marsh products and services the client holds.

This role requires a focus on developing strong client relationships and providing superior client service, including regular client contact with your own portfolio, risk and insurance program renewals and working closely with your team. You will work closely with the Managing Principal and you will also collaborate with other areas in Marsh.

• Manage the development, implementation and achievement of risk management and insurance programs which accurately address client needs
• Foster and maintain effective long term relationships with key client decision makers through regular meetings and liaison
• Retain and expand a book of business, catering to a select quantity of high-yield accounts to deliver to personal and team sales goals, and oversee/mentor junior broking professionals supporting on those accounts
• Maintain an awareness of all large and potentially complicated claim related matters and assist claims personnel in the negotiation of equitable claim settlements on behalf of clients
• Possess an understanding of all major classes of insurance which the Company offers to its clients and keep abreast of all new technical and product developments
• Possess a thorough working knowledge of all aspects of the Insurance (Agents & Brokers) Act, Insurance Contracts Act, Fire Services Levy, Stamp Duties, Worker's Compensation and other relevant legislation
• Develop research methodologies for account development work to gather detailed information on who the essential decision makers are, strategic business challenges and priorities for personal and team use when looking to expand the book of business
• Maintain a thorough understanding of service team capabilities and make account delegation decisions addressing account ownership issues, cross functional collaboration and assisting members with at-risk accounts
• Develop and maintain meaningful working relationships with insurers, clients and a broad range of Marsh colleagues across Australia through regular contact and liaison
• Support the Managing Principal with financial reporting and budgets for your team.
• Participate in industry events and conferences and client functions to build up a strong professional network, maintain proximity to the relevant market and represent Marsh

Offshore wind specialists – environmental impact assessments

We are seeking environmental impact assessment practitioners experienced in offshore wind projects, from Principal Consultant to Technical Director/Partner level, to be based in our Melbourne office (hybrid working available).

You will play a leadership role in ensuring that offshore wind and marine infrastructure projects are developed in a sustainable and environmentally responsible manner. You will be supported by a large cohort of industry leading technical specialists and environmental professionals, including ERM’s Australian and Global Marine and Impact Assessment Technical Communities.

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead EIS/EES projects in marine environments and as an offshore wind specialist.
• Lead the design, mobilisation, fieldwork coordination and reporting for marine baseline studies, including being a key contributor to safety planning.
• Manage projects to scope and budget, and ensure team and stakeholder relationships are maintained to an exceptional standard. 
• Collaborate with technical team leads to develop and deliver superior outcomes for our clients.
• Support Account Directors in maintaining existing client relationships and develop strategies to pursue and win new business opportunities.
• Contribute to a positive team culture and mentor junior team members to develop their skills.

If you have the following, we want to hear from you:

• 10+ years’ experience in environmental planning and impact assessments on offshore projects, including 5+ years’ experience in environmental consulting – experience in Australia and internationally highly desirable.
• Excellent project management and project delivery skills, including budgeting, resourcing, scheduling, risk management, and communications.
• Demonstrated experience in building and sustaining excellent relationships with clients, stakeholders and teams.
• Tertiary degree in Marine Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Authorisation to work in Australia.

• Implement and drive the preventative maintenance program.

As Lead Artist with Gameloft, you will oversee a group of artists that create visually attractive and well-coordinated art assets for our cross-platform games. Working together with cross-functional teams, you will be essential in making sure our games meet the highest requirements for visual appeal and contributing to the success of our games.

• Mentor and guide team members, encouraging their professional growth and skill development.
• Work closely with the Art Director to interpret and execute the artistic vision for our games.
• Ensure consistency in visual styles across all art assets, maintaining the high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish project timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with the fast-paced nature of games development.
• Effectively manage and prioritise art tasks, ensuring timely delivery within project deadlines.
• Conduct regular reviews of art assets to maintain high-quality standards and adherence to project specifications.
• Provide constructive feedback to artists to enhance the overall quality of work.
• Foster clear communication channels between artists and other departments to ensure a cohesive artistic vision.
