What you will bring:

• Experience in a restaurant, cafe, bistro and or previous customer service experience.
• The ability to ensure a positive guest experience by maintaining high standards in you work, appearance and conduct.

• Knowledge of and ability to maintain a safe and hygienic working environment.
• Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (a bonus!)

What you will do:

We are looking for Leisure Attendants to oversee our Resort Pool area, on a casual basis. We have 2 positions available, as our Pool Attendants play a key role to ensure the resorts Pool areas are maintained and guest safety is ensured at all times.  Your main tasks will be:

• To assist in the safety and enforcement of pool safety
• Greeting guests coming into pool area
• Monitoring guest coming into the pool area
• Ensuring guest safety 
• Ensure cleanliness of pool area
• Providing First Aid when required
• Liaise with Grounds or Maintenance as required

What you will bring:

• Current First Aid Certificate and CPR 
• Must be aged 16 years or over

The successful candidate will have a fun and friendly personality, the ability to work under pressure and a commitment to providing great customer service. You will need to demonstrate flexibility and reliability to work across a rotating roster that includes weekend and holidays.

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of conferences and events from inception to post-event follow-up, ensuring utmost client satisfaction.
• Support the Conference and Event Sales Manager in day-to-day operations and team coordination.

• Prepare and present proposals and contracts using Opera Sales and Event Management.
• Conduct site inspections to showcase the resort to potential clients.

The Opportunity

Come and discover the opportunity to join our Lysaght business in our Biggera Waters team as Warehousing and Service Representative. Made in Australia since 1921, Lysaght manufactures and markets steel building products that have helped shape the nation: from iconic corrugated roofing over Australian homes, to large commercial and industrial projects.

Working primarily in our warehouse but also help out our customer service team on a daily basis where the need arises, this dual role offers plenty of variety. You'll be assisting our warehousing team to ensure warehouse activities are managed efficiently to meet customer’s specific lead-times & requirements.  

You will also learn Customer Service skills and assist the customer service team by managing enquiries that come from walk in customers, via phone and email and working to keep your customers informed and up to date with the progress of their orders. 

What Will You Do?

Being a key team player in our warehouse and a core part of our customer facing team, you will:

• maintaining a continuous focus on HSE (Health, Safety & Environment)
• general Stores & Warehouse duties including: manually Picking & Packing customer specific orders, operating an Electric forklift for loading & unloading a variety of vehicle types
• interacting with our customers predominately face to face, and at times via phone and email, to manage a variety of enquiries
• preparing and following up customer quotes, entering and managing a variety of orders types including Patio Kits, Fencing, Rainwater goods and more, whilst collaborating with our Sales, Production and Transport networks amongst others
• resolving issues and seeking ways to improve the customer experience

• interacting with our customers via phone and email managing quotes and queries
• following up on quotations and inquiries converting these into sales opportunities
• collaborating with internal stakeholders including marketing, warehouse and sales departments to ensure customer expectations and requirements are met - including product specifications, special packaging, and the customers delivery timetable
• nurturing and growing relationships with customers to uncover new business and sales opportunities
• continuously look at new ways of improving internal processes and consistently improving the total value proposition for the customer
