About the role:

The primary purpose of the Construction Coordinator role is to coordinate and assist in the management of the project from concept design through to delivery and finalisation; to make sure the project is well-organised and that it runs smoothly.  

This includes communicating with various departments in the organisation to make sure everyone is on the same page. This is a hands-on position that requires strong leadership and the ability to deliver projects with a strong commitment to customer service. 

Key Accountabilities:

• Support reporting, forecasting, budget control, procurement, and program updates.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation in Aconex and SharePoint.
• Assist the Construction and Services Managers in reviewing and preparing procurement documentation, including Scope of Works and programming.

• Coordinate project activities from early works to final handover.
• Support the preparation of Expenditure Approval Requests for services trades contracts and variations.

• Ensure compliance with Confidentiality and Health and Safety Policies.
• Oversee the documentation for the ongoing maintenance and support of the data centre.
  

About you: 

This role is ideal for those with a background in project coordination or engineering on major construction projects.

We also encourage individuals with senior trade experience who have significant exposure to project management processes to apply.

• Strong understanding of key stakeholder requirements with effective communication through ACONEX, PROCORE, and BIM.
• Expertise in building methods, materials, and safety regulations.
• Skilled in interpreting drawings, architectural plans, and specifications.

What we need

As we continue to grow our footprint in Australia, we're adding a new team in Melbourne! You'll be a hungry and tenacious hunter who can sell complex solutions and six-figure programmatic deals to agencies and brands by building and closing a pipeline of advertising sales opportunities.

As our Sales Executive, you will be...

• Developing strategic relationships with agencies and advertisers
• Working with the Sales, Account Management and Operations teams to implement targeted sales strategy
• Generating and maintaining accurate Account and Opportunity plans
• Working with internal teams on behalf of clients to ensure the highest level of customer service
• Liaising with technical support internally to resolve issues that directly impact partners
• Managing multiple business initiatives in a start-up environment

You'll have

• Junior level experience in either a media agency or digital media sales role with the appetite and tenacity to take on your first or second sales focused role
• Understanding of the programmatic landscape and a comprehensive knowledge of the mobile advertising market, i.e products, players, and technologies
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• A hands-on approach to tackling tactical as well as strategic sales activities
• A driven, tenacious and entrepreneurial spirit

SICE ANZ is currently seeking a PMCS Hardware Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the succesful delivery of a major infrastructure project in Melbourne.

As the PMCS (Plant Management Control Systems) Hardware Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the hardware requirements for the project by:

• Coordinating testing of PLC cabinets and associated documents.
• Coordinating the delivery of PMCS hardware to different parties.
• Organising PMCS hardware procurement with vendors and coordinate the estimated time of arrival.
• Updating PMCS hardware documents associated with design documents to align with hardware updates.
• Supporting the delivery of PMCS hardware cabinets drawings.
• Liaising with clients and third-party vendors
• Reviewing vendor’s specifications, technical information, datasheets, etc.
• Supporting team leaders in estimating effort and duration of tasks
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and on schedule

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Relevant formal qualifications or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years of experience in similar roles, ideally within construction or engineering-related projects
• Experience in the ITS industry is desirable

• Salary range: $80,000 - $85,000 + super

The key responsibilities associated with this role include:

• Developing and implementing strategic territory plans, with a focus on target accounts in the Manufacturing and Warehousing sector, especially, within the F&B industry.
• Utilizing effective prospecting techniques, including leveraging LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other social channels, to generate high-quality sales leads within identified target accounts.
• Managing customer interactions seamlessly through Konica Minolta's CRM system.
• Demonstrating a profound understanding of business requirements to ensure our solutions precisely meet the needs of our customers.
• Crafting compelling proposals for customers and participating in tender submissions.
• Keeping abreast of market trends, understanding competitors, and staying informed about industries related to our innovative product offerings.
• Building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, including senior management levels.
• Conducting product demonstrations and managing Proof of Concepts (POC) to showcase the capabilities of Konica Minolta's robotics offerings.

Who are we looking for?

• Proficiency in disruptive technologies, including robotics (AMR/AGV/Cobot), IoT solutions, and logistic automation.
• Extensive experience and knowledge in manufacturing, particularly within FMCG and F&B, and a solid background in the logistics industry.
• Robust business and financial acumen, demonstrating sound judgment and analytical skills.
• Strong analytical, planning, project management, and execution capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective engagement with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to prepare and deliver compelling presentations to customers, partners, and senior management.
• Possess effective self-management skills.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Engineering, IT or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in business development, sales and delivery operations, and strategic partnership management
• MBA or master’s degree in management, is preferred
