SICE ANZ is currently seeking a PMCS Hardware Coordinator to join our team and contribute to the succesful delivery of a major infrastructure project in Melbourne.
As the PMCS (Plant Management Control Systems) Hardware Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the hardware requirements for the project by:
- Coordinating testing of PLC cabinets and associated documents.
- Coordinating the delivery of PMCS hardware to different parties.
- Organising PMCS hardware procurement with vendors and coordinate the estimated time of arrival.
- Updating PMCS hardware documents associated with design documents to align with hardware updates.
- Supporting the delivery of PMCS hardware cabinets drawings.
- Liaising with clients and third-party vendors
- Reviewing vendor’s specifications, technical information, datasheets, etc.
- Supporting team leaders in estimating effort and duration of tasks
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and on schedule
The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Relevant formal qualifications or equivalent experience
- At least 2 years of experience in similar roles, ideally within construction or engineering-related projects
- Experience in the ITS industry is desirable
- Salary range: $80,000 - $85,000 + super
