About the Opportunity

The Senior Investor Services Officer reports to the Head of Finance and will have exposure to all aspects of the Firm, including the Strategy & Distribution team, Equity Operations team, Compliance and the Finance team. This position ensures that adequate support exists within the business to meet and satisfy internal and external client expectations to a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Provide client services and escalated registry services to Investors in our retail and institutional funds. This position acts as the SME for fund investors, platforms, channels, and dealer groups.
• Liaise with external unit registry stakeholders to deal with all escalations including dealing directly with clients where required.
• Monitor the "Client" inbox and customer service phone line to ensure timely responses to all enquiries.
• Complete daily, weekly, monthly tasks i.e., daily prices, weekly sales update, monthly reporting, and quarterly flows.
• Reviewing, preparing, and approving the platform rebate calculations, management fee rebates and external distribution partner fee calculations.
• Effectively manage risks associated with your role, responsibilities, and broader business environment. This includes adhering to all to external regulations and guidelines, and internal policies, procedures, codes, and guidelines.

Solve Important Problems

We need your help! We’re looking for exceptional engineers who want to solve interesting problems alongside brilliant people.

The Platform Team is responsible for reliability, security, delivery costs and performance, as well as for the sophisticated suite of CI development tooling that empowers all Stile engineers to rapidly test and safely deploy new features many times each day. Stile's infrastructure is all managed through Terraform, run in Docker containers, deployed automatically through CD pipelines, and auto-scaled minute-by-minute to match our traffic patterns - running Stile is a hands-free experience.

As a Platform Team member you will first and foremost be a great software engineer. You'll be charged with architecting and delivering robust software to automate and scale solutions for many different problems across the team's various responsibilities.

As the team's new Cost Efficiency Lead, your focus will be on optimising delivery costs, in particular AWS expenses. You will be expected to innovate and execute on a cost-savings roadmap, build investigation and monitoring tools to track down anomalies, dive into our hourly billing data to hunt for patterns, and provide consultation to other engineers on how to optimise their designs. Your work will touch many areas of the application and infrastructure, giving you an excellent grounding in the overall tech stack used at Stile.

Overall, you will be responsible to one key metric - bringing the bill within budget and keeping it there. You will be supported in achieving that goal, but ultimately have a great deal of autonomy in how you get there provided the number is heading in the right direction.

Oncall

All platform team members participate in a 24-7 oncall roster. Shifts are two weeks long, and typically occur about twice per quarter (once as primary, and once as backup). Incidents outside of business hours are rare, and team members on-call outside of hours receive an extra week of annual leave per year as compensation for being available. Additionally, team members are expected to take time-in-lieu within the week if significant work is needed outside of business hours.

• Unloading and loading trucks.

• Picking and packing of orders.

• Counting and checking stock.

• 7AM- 3PM.

• Forklift licence and experience (desired but not essential).

What You'll Do:

Requirements

• Project Management Expertise: Significant experience in project management within large, complex environments, preferably in banking and financial services.
• Strategic Planning: Strong strategic planning capabilities with a track record of delivering complex projects across multiple regions and vendors.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to build, manage, and lead teams, both directly and indirectly.
• Methodology Proficiency: Extensive experience with project methodologies, including Change Management and Technology delivery.
• Qualifications: Relevant degree or qualification, along with project management professional accreditation.
• Agile Expertise: Agile certification with demonstrated experience delivering projects using Agile methodologies.
• Stakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Adaptive Delivery: Experience with Agile and adaptive delivery models and mindsets.

Enjoy building relationships with team members to effectively complete your work. Working with your Team Leader you will assist in building and implementing displays. This can be a physical role as shelves are moved. No experience necessary. A car and a valid license is a requirement for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Assisting building of fixtures and shelving

·        Executing planograms

·        Merchandising a variety of products for leading brands/clients

·        Ensure pricing and ticketing is correct

·        Report on your work daily

Locations:

·        Bunnings stores across Torquay, VIC. Your own transport to each store is required.

We are looking for an Occupational Therapist to support people to Return to Work after sustaining an injury or illness AND to support Activities of Daily Living Assessment and equipment trials for individuals as a result of work-related injury or illness. • Engage in formal and experiential training to develop the skills you need to feel competent and confident in your role;

As part of Activities of Daily Living Assessments, you will:

• Assess an individual's Personal, Domestic, and Community ADL's, and identify recommendations for services, support, and/or assistive equipment;
• Complete equipment trails in person with your clients, to ensure this recommendation is safe and appropriate for the Injured Worker, as well as prompting independence in their day-to-day life;
• Education to our clients and Injured Workers to compliment recommendations for support, and/or assistive equipment.

• Band saw processing with overhead crane operation. The successful applicant will be extensively trained

• Packaging and labelling of steel orders in preparation for collection and delivery

• Some light computer skills will be required

• Sunday to Thursday 11PM – 7AM (30% loading)

• Experience with overhead cranes (desired)

• Current driver’s license and own transport

• Sound understanding of health and safety
