• Liaise with cleaning contractors to ensure kitchen areas, meeting rooms, and the Wellness centre, etc. are clean and are being used for the correct purpose
• Complete daily walkthrough of workspace, reporting any maintenance and cleaning issues
• Meeting and event coordination - Work with contractors e.g., security, cleaning and catering to meet event requirements
• Develop operational standards, playbooks, operating manuals, and processes for all aspects of the workplace

Warehouse Storeperson – SA – Albert Park

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced hands-on warehouse storeperson for our South Australia Warehouse. This role will be working independently in a shared warehouse space reporting to our VIC & SA warehouse and logistics manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the successful receipt, organisation, tracking, picking, packing and delivery of our products, ensuring the premium experience of our customers and the safety of our staff and our stock.

The warehouse storeperson will be instrumental in liaise with customers and contractors who are picking up deliveries as well as working with the Eco Outdoor Sales, Fulfilment, Warehousing and Imports teams as required.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, outgoing, have a can-do attitude and be willing to participate as an active member of a small team. You should be comfortable speaking with colleagues and customers on the phone or in person, be physically able, numerate and have an aptitude to use an inventory system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking and packing orders for delivery (including using heavy machinery ie forklifts), including packaging and labelling correctly
• Receiving stock, including sorting and organising deliveries for smart storage for easy future dispatch and prevention of damage
• Managing the flow of stock through our WMS and ERP system Netsuite to ensure records are always accurate and up to date
• Operate at all times to Occupational Health and Safety guidelines, including ensuring workspace is free of debris, removing safety hazards from aisles and wearing appropriate safety gear
• Organising walling and flooring samples, ensuring stock levels are adequate, tracking sample orders and packing for dispatch

Your focus and ability to meet team targets will help in completing critical deliverables. You will be expected to lead end to end execution of qualification of equipment and systems. Your innovative use of communication tools and techniques will facilitate in explaining difficult issues and establishing consensus between teams.

How You Will Achieve It

• Contribute to the completion of complex projects, manage own time to meet agreed targets and develop plans for work activities on own projects within a team.
• Provide high level data analysis support for Investigations and drive quality decisions.
• Comprehensive understanding of {Current} Good Manufacturing Practices {part of GxP} guidelines outlined in Code of Federal Regulations.
• Ensure compliance with latest Pfizer Quality Standards for validation and qualification activities.
• Manage routine Quality systems, such as Change Control, Document routing systems and and Investigations.
• Coordinate and communicate all testing with affected functional groups and evaluate test results.
• Maintain Site Validation Master Plan Support regulatory audits through the preparation, defense and interaction with auditors in areas related to equipment, instrumentation, facilities and utilities.
• Provide expertise for trouble-shooting and resolution of issues related to equipment, instrumentation, facilities and utilities.
• Assess potential impact of changes to qualified systems Identify and implement validation best practices to continuously improve the site validation program Represent engineering validation on site or network teams as necessary.
• Support validation as a Subject Matter Expert during customer and regulatory audits for all areas of responsibility.
• Support product transfers/new product development, regulatory queries, cost improvement projects or Drug Product plant support.
• Ensure integration of validation and requalification schedule in production schedule for implementation of validation activities and conduct validation deviations, participate in deviation investigations to identify root causes and define corrective and/or preventative actions. Support the unit where needed to assure due dates and customer needs are met.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years' experience
• Experience in Qualification of equipment used for sterile filling
• Experience in Detailed Design review, URS development and qualification protocols generation for initial qualification of a new filling line
• Experience in {Current} Good Manufacturing Practices {part of GxP}
• Strong working knowledge of a variety of quality systems and processes
• Familiarity with information systems, such as Global Document Management System, System Application & Products and Quality Tracking System
• Ability to work in a team environment and manage projects independently
• Strong ability to drive projects ensuring -accountability for required tasks
• Strong planning and communication skills

Nice-to-Have

• Master's degree
• Relevant pharmaceutical experience.
• Experience in lyophilisation or strong interest and motivation to acquire the skills
• Experience with Siemens PCS7
• Experience with integration of automated systems with multiple equipment

This role is focused on Defence and piping projects across SA and WA.  You will work with our industrial team on a significant number of cranes, gantries and associated lifting equipment to support Defence infrastructure.  Other parts of this role will see you involved in fuel storage, mechanical piping and fuel handling facilities.  Having experience in either of these areas will be highly valuable in this role. Alternatively you may have worked on design an implementation of other industrial machinery and those skills can be transferred.

As a Mechanical Engineer you will plan, schedule, and conduct work requiring judgment in the independent evaluation, selection, and adaptation of engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria. You will perform work which involves conventional engineering practice but may include a variety of complex design features and unsuitability of conventional materials.

Who are you?

As a Mechanical Engineer in our Industrial team, you will have experience in detailed designs, consulting or complex engineering projects from the mining, water, industrial or infrastructure sectors.  You will work with OEMs on product selection and installation but have the ability to customise and innovate, delivering unique solutions in challenging environments.

You will have the following skills and experience:

• Hold an accredited Bachelor of mechanical engineering or other relevant discipline
• Design experience with knowledge of local industry standards and local codes.
• Proven ability to work in engineering teams and manage projects to scope, budget and program.
• You are a Chartered Engineer (CPEng) or have eligibility to apply for this accreditation
• Australian Citizens will only be considered due to Defence project involvement

About the role

 
Reporting to the Head of HSE Operations, you will be responsible for driving the proactive implementation and continual improvement of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) culture, strategy, plan, and performance across a region.

Striving to advance TGE’s business strategy through enabling a unified culture of safety, people, customer focus and operational excellence the role is responsible for providing practical HSE advice and support to our people and delivering initiatives that continually improve our HSE culture and performance in line with our ‘Genuine Care Culture’ strategic priority.

What you’ll do 

• Engage in the HSE cultural change program, including provision of support and initiatives to line management to achieve the goal of a genuine care workplace.
• Develop and review Site HSE Plans, in partnership with key business stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the TGE HSE Plan and assist the business in achieving all objectives and targets.
• Coordinate and deliver HSE training programs that enhance the understanding and effectiveness of the HSEQ Management System, risk management, safety leadership, hazard reduction, TRAC and HSE continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular site HSE inspections with business stakeholders to drive improvements on site conditions.
• Provide HSE and risk management advice to business leaders particularly in relation to complex operational matters that require input from a HSE subject matter expert.
• Assist with the planning and coordination of emergency preparedness and business continuity activities, including training and emergency response exercises.

What you’ll bring

• Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety and / or other relevant discipline / Tertiary HSE qualifications (highly desirable)
• 4-6 years practical experience in a HSE role with a focus on transport and logistics (preferable).
• Detailed knowledge of HSE legislation, industry standards and management system standards (ISO 45001/45003 & ISO14001).
• Ability to exercise sound judgement in the interpretation and analysis of HSE legislation and audit criteria.
• Experience in conducting incident investigations using ICAM or similar methodologies.
