About The Role
We created the BizOps team at Open to assist in defining and driving, operational and organisational improvements across Open. It operates like an internal consulting group that works on a range of critical projects and issues and sees them through to implementation.

The Role

The Missing Link Security Operations Centre provides 24x7 Managed Detection & Response (MDR) support to our clients across a variety of sectors. Day-to-day you will be responsible for the monitoring and triaging of alerts from market-leading MDR technologies, collaborating with our SOC Engineers, Red Team and our clients to develop, test and tune use cases through Purple Teaming exercises.

You will also be proactively supporting our clients and the Senior Security Analysts in responding to security incidents, through log and malware analysis, OSINT and researching the latest zero-day vulnerabilities.

When you first come on board, you’ll be given a structured training and development plan that is tailored to you and your previous experiences. This will include a combination of industry qualifications as well as vendor-specific certifications specific to your role.

Essential:

We are looking for a Partnerships Associate to work alongside the VP of Partnerships and the Partnerships team. Opportunity:

Working out of our office based in Sydney, the Sales and Business Development Associate will focus on developing new business and ensuring growth of new accounts to achieve sales quota. ·       Maintain and analyze list of regular prospect and customer calls in Salesforce CRM

·       Work closely with local Sales Engineer to design needed customer solutions and create demand for solutions with customers and partners technical staff, IT, and networking, and cybersecurity teams

·       Maintain prospect and customer records to help in preparing sales forecasts, market analysis and assessing competitor activity

·       Submit weekly (or as and when required by your manager) reports pertaining to sales activity, potential sale opportunities and market trends

·       Submit monthly commit forecasts

·       Give constructive and quantitative information to help in maintaining product manuals, sales manuals and pricing schedules.

·       Provide information to customers regarding products and applications

·       Maintain knowledge of industry trends through trade publications and relation information

·       Participate and assist with trade shows, conventions, customer functions and industry wide affairs as needed

·       Maintain knowledge of the March Networks product line and competitive product lines

·       Work and cooperate with all sales, customer service, technical and management personnel

·       Continually assess the ROI of all sales activities

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s Degree

·       5+ years’ experience in BDR, Inside Sales or Customer Service role

·       Technically adept with desire to learn consultative skills

·       Experience selling and providing solutions for numerous business and technical clients

·       Experience with end user sales

·       Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, and negotiation skills

·       Ability to articulate complex technical information to customers

·       Demonstrated presentation skills

·       Goal oriented, with a proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals

Assets:
