Driven by the increasing demand for our services and a proven market need, we’ve recently expanded our Field Sales team and are now looking for talented, high calibre Sales Development Representatives to partner with and book for our high performing BDMs. This is a great opportunity for an experienced B2B or Outbound Sales person looking for unlimited earnings and high potential for career development.
Key Responsibilities
- Contacting leads generated by the marketing team, both outbound and inbound opportunities
- Calling prospects and reach key decision makers to explain our services with the intent of securing a meeting for our Business Development Managers (BDMs)
- Maintaining quality lead and client data within our CRM system
- Working closely with our field-based BDMs to ensure the best chance of a successful meeting
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ensuring a client focused, professional approach that ultimately leads to a great reputation for the business and referrals/ word of mouth
Requirements
- Proven experience in a high-volume phone or telesales role, or experience with B2B sales
- Confident in picking up the phone and calling warm leads (making 60-80 calls per day)
- Exceptional rapport building over the phone and a demonstrated resilience to be on the phone all day
- Eagerness to learn from your team, BDM and our executive group, all who will support you to perform at your best
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and self-motivated, keen to develop your sales skills
