• Set up projects in Avid, ingest and sync rushes.

The role involves confidential, high-level information as well as engagement with executive and community stakeholders. Day to day, you will:

• Provide quality and timely administrative support to the Editor.
• Coordinate communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients.
